Our client is a Dubai-based international container shipping company specializing in transporting cargo. The company operates between the Far East, Middle East, Black Sea, and Indian subcontinent.
They are looking for a skilled Public Relations (PR) and Communication Specialist to safeguard and enhance the corporate image by promoting the business, values, and mission. This role will entail managing social media pages, liaising with other marketing agencies for website updates, content creation, and corporate marketing materials, maintaining media relations, and collaborating with marketing teams on promotional activities. The primary objective is to ensure a positive public perception of the company and its brand.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies and plans
- Enhance the company\'s online and offline presence through various channels, including social media pages.
- Liaise with other design agencies for website updates and content creation.
- Manage media relations and respond to requests.
- Draft PR copy, including speeches and press releases.
- Organize and oversee events, fairs, and conferences.
- Provide solutions during times of PR crises.
- Conduct surveys and analyze clients\' opinions.
- Proven experience as a public relations specialist or in a similar role
- Project management experience, including executing PR campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with photo and video-editing software
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English and Russian is a plus.
