Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador for

The Base Beverage LLC

will be the face and voice of our brand, helping to build strong visibility, customer engagement, and product awareness across targeted channels. You will represent our beverage products through sampling, live demonstrations, trade shows, social media, and community marketing activities. Your role is vital in communicating the brand values, enhancing customer relationships, and increasing product adoption in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent

in promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations Conduct product sampling, tasting, and education at retail outlets, cafes, gyms, events, or pop-ups Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and effectively communicate USPs (e.g., natural ingredients, Halal certification, health benefits) Engage with customers, gather feedback, and report insights to the marketing team Post engaging, brand-aligned content on social media (if part of digital campaign activation) Support the sales and marketing teams by identifying potential clients and promotional opportunities Assist in building brand loyalty and increasing product trial and sales Distribute marketing materials and product samples as needed Track engagement metrics and provide weekly or campaign-end reports

? Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus) Previous experience as Barista/Mixologist/Beverage Expert is an advantage Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality is preferred Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills Outgoing personality with a passion for healthy, innovative beverages Strong social media presence is a plus (for digital ambassador roles) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be presentable, professional, and able to positively represent the brand Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events
