Job Description

Job Purpose:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our retail outlets, driving brand awareness and promoting our services to the target audience. You will engage with potential customers, represent the brand in a positive light, and create meaningful connections that translate into increased footfall and sales

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the retail outlets across various events, exhibitions, and locations in Dubai. Promote the brand by sharing product and service information with potential customers and generating interest. Engage with customers both online and offline, offering tailored recommendations and personalized service. Create a strong presence on social media by sharing brand-related content and experiences. Distribute promotional materials and offer samples or demonstrations of products/services where applicable. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns. Provide feedback on customer interactions, experiences, and preferences to the marketing and sales teams. Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional strategies. Assist in organizing and attending brand-related events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or in a customer-facing role (1-3 years) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Charismatic, approachable, and able to build instant rapport with customers Experience or passion for the retail industry is a plus Comfortable with social media platforms and promoting content online Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Strong presentation skills and a customer-focused approach Excellent communication in English and Arabic
