Tubewash is the first of its kind entity in the Middle East and a centre of excellence for environmentally sustainable car washing and detailing, based in Dubai, UAE. Utilising the very latest of cutting-edge technologies, Tubewash will offer consumers a new way to clean their vehicles efficiently with a high-quality finish that can be availed to through a smart phone application. Tubewash is seeking a Brand Ambassador with the following qualities: - Job Objectives & Responsibilities Marketing:

• Working closely with sales and marketing department to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies

• Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products

• Building rapport with customers

• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department

• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns

• Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows

• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops

• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times

Sales:

• Upgrade customer packages to what the BA see fit

• Encourage walk-ins to download the app

• Encourage App users to subscribe in the packages

• Achieve KPIs set by the marketing & sales

Community Management:

• Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers

• Manage replying to customers enquiries on social media & Email

• Be able to take pictures and videos on site to be used as stories and posts for social

• Provide reports when required on social (Engagement rate, Likes..etc)

Customer Outreach:

• Stripe management and to be the point of contact for any refunds

Traffic Management:

• Direct customers and manage queues according to customer requested service.

• Crisis Management and avoid having traffic in the tubes
