MADO Restaurant, a renowned Turkish cuisine establishment, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of our branches. The Branch Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding MADO's commitment to exceptional Turkish dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and an in-depth understanding of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Restaurant Operations Management
:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping track of stock levels.
Monitor and ensure the restaurant is fully staffed during peak hours.
Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
:
Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team, including servers, kitchen staff, and cleaners.
Provide continuous training and development to enhance staff skills and performance.
Organize staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Customer Service Excellence
:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
Monitor guest experiences and provide solutions to any service issues that arise.
Promote a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining customer-focused service standards.
Encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional guest interactions.
Sales & Financial Management
:
Assist in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets for the branch.
Monitor restaurant sales, expenses, and profitability to ensure budget compliance.
Upsell menu items and ensure that the staff is trained to do the same.
Track and manage daily cash handling procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Quality Control & Standards Compliance
:
Maintain and enforce MADO's standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and food preparation.
Ensure the consistency and quality of Turkish cuisine offerings by monitoring kitchen output.
Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
Health & Safety Protocols
:
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Conduct regular safety checks and ensure the team is trained on emergency protocols.
Administrative Tasks
:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on restaurant operations, sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Maintain accurate records of food and beverage orders, customer preferences, and special requests.
Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements for optimal service delivery.
Collaboration with Management
:
Assist the Branch Manager in planning and executing promotions, events, and special menus.
Communicate operational issues, staff performance, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor, manager, or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of Turkish cuisine and cultural dining practices is preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Working Conditions
:
Full-time position with flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Ability to work under pressure during busy times.
