Job Summary:

The

Branch Supervisor

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and staff performance. This role includes supervising front and back-of-house teams, handling customer concerns, supporting inventory management, and assisting the Branch Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct on-the-job training Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently maintained Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally Assist with staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage during shifts Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day reports Help manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for restocking Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations Foster a positive and productive working environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management tools Computer Literate and Tech Savvy

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, shift-based schedule Fast-paced restaurant environment Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting may be required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
