House of Enspa is seeking a motivated Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at our branch. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain smooth functioning across front desk, back office, and client service areas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front desk operations, ensuring accurate communication, appointment scheduling, and cash handling.
Manage client bookings, reconfirmations, and follow?ups using the branch's booking system.
Oversee reception staff and therapists, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor retail promotions, loyalty programs, and membership offers.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal requirements.
Support the Branch Manager in staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on staff performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Maintain branch ambience, branding, and customer experience standards.
Assume responsibility for smooth branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
