Job Description

We are a well-established beauty salon with multiple branches across the UAE, committed to delivering exceptional service and luxury experiences to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Branch Supervisor

to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise salon staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support Handle scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation Assist in training and onboarding new staff members Manage stock levels, salon supplies, and inventory Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Support management with reports and sales targets

Requirements:



Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a salon/spa/beauty industry Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities Knowledge of beauty salon services and operations Flexible and able to work weekends/holidays
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
