The Branch Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day excellence of both Pinoy Restaurant and Burger Chain. You will ensure that the "Fresh & Lean" philosophy is maintained, service is "Jolly" and efficient, and that both brands meet their sales targets. II. Key Responsibilities
1. Service Excellence & Training
Service Standards:
Train and monitor dining staff on the "Mabuhay Way"--ensuring every guest is greeted warmly and served within 12-15 minutes (Ala Carte).
Product Knowledge:
Conduct daily briefings to ensure staff can describe Charcoal Grill items and Kakanin in detail.
Upselling:
Drive revenue by training staff on suggestive selling for desserts, grilled foods and drinks.
2. Event Management & Coordination
Planning:
Act as the primary point of contact for catering and in-house events.
Execution:
Supervise the "Event Team", ensuring decor, food timing, and guest service are flawless.
Follow-up:
Collect guest feedback post-event to improve future operations.
3. Product Development & Quality Control
Innovation:
Assist the Head Chef and Manager in developing new Ala Carte dishes or seasonal special offers.
Consistency:
Perform daily "Taste Tests" to ensure Charcoal Roast Chicken and Kakanin meet brand standards.
Wastage Control:
Enforce the "No Bain-Marie Waste" policy, ensuring stock is rotated (FIFO) to keep waste under 5%.
4. Operational Administration
Duty Roster:
Assist in managing the "Synergy Swap" schedule between branches to ensure no shift is short-staffed.
Inventory:
Monitor daily stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent "Sold Out" scenarios during peak rushes.
III. Job Specification (Requirements)
Requirement
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years in a Supervisory role in a Pinoy restaurant or fast-food setting.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
Event Skills
Proven ability to manage catering logistics and large group bookings.
Training Ability
Must be a "natural teacher" who can simplify complex tasks for new joiners.
Personality
High energy, "Jolly" disposition, and able to remain calm during the dinner rush.
Technical Skills
Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Excel for reporting.
Language
Fluent in Tagalog and English (essential for customer and management interaction).
IV. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Sales Target:
Achieving monthly branch revenue goals.
2. Service Speed:
Maintaining an average ticket time of under 15 minutes for Ala Carte.
3. Staff Retention:
Zero staff turnover within the first 6 months of a new hire's joining.
4. Waste Management:
Keeping food wastage consistently below the 5% threshold.

Salary Range:
AED 3,000 / monthly (All Inclusive) based on your experience and qualification.
