to oversee daily operations, lead the branch team, and ensure excellent customer service. The Branch Supervisor will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, maintaining operational standards, and supporting staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Lead and motivate branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance support.
Ensure high levels of customer service and promptly address customer inquiries or complaints.
Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve branch sales targets.
Oversee cash handling, stock management, and inventory control.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the branch.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and promotions.
Ensures achievement of branch sales and monthly/annual targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a supervisory or branch management role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or POS systems is preferred.
Experience in retail, Kids Entertainment company is an advantage.
