Our client, a well-established Restaurant/Cafe aimed in the Food and Beverage Industry is looking for an experienced Branch Supervisor for their Al Ain division. Location: Al Ain :

• Leading the BranchaEUR(TM)s financial results.
• Managing day to day operations of the restaurant, maintaining stock inventories, record keeping and payroll management.
• Maintaining high customer service levels and ensuring all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, initiating corrective actions if required.
• Analyzing monthly KPIs to create work schedules to ensure business targets and sales are being met.
• Maintaining and updating all necessary internal and external signage and promotional literature.
• Supervising staff and assuring branch staff are adhering to company rules & service procedures.
• Handle guestsaEUR(TM) complaints, solve it on the spot.
• Check detail of products like manufacturing & expiry dates, ingredients etc.
• Check the cleanliness of the branch, utensils & equipmentaEUR(TM)s being used for services, surrounding environments are clean.
• The health of the staff should be taken into consideration; any staff noted with contagious diseases should be isolated quickly to prevent the outbreak of the disease.
• Manages & supports the efforts by planning, training, and providing resources to the team.
• Integrate management to bring changes for improvement in daily process management. After improvements standardization takes place.
• Evaluate progress against plan and adjust as needed.
• Provide constant employee awareness and feedback. Establish an employee reward/ recognition process.
• Carry out strong/proactive business development in the territory (corporate clients, networking/getting orders via reference, etc.) and drive revenue and profitability.
• Manage the outlet to set standards (procedures, hiring, marketing, regulatory compliance, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Branch Supervisor or relevant role.
• Bachelor's in Business Management or relevant field.
• Controlling Restaurant or Cafe.
• Managing staff time line.
• Consumable stock management.
• Motivate the team
• Must be a self-starter and independent
• Logical thinker and problem solver
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE - Restaurant/Cafe: 5 years (Required)
• Branch Supervisor - Restaurant/Cafe: 5 years (Required)
