Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused

Branch Sales Associate

to join our Dubai branch. The role involves engaging with walk-in clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting our accounting, tax, and compliance services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a sales mindset, with the ability to build trust and close deals professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the branch in a professional manner Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services Promote and sell accounting, VAT, corporate tax, auditing, and related services Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed clients Maintain accurate client records and follow up on inquiries Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in

accounting, tax, or professional services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a professional attitude Ability to explain services clearly and confidently Fluency in

English

(Arabic is an advantage) Basic knowledge of accounting or tax services is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in UAE service industry Comfortable working in a branch / walk-in environment Target-driven and self-motivated
