The Operations Manager is responsible to function as Team Leader & Marketing Specialist for the outlet, to ensure customer relationship, day to day activities, setting up long and short term goals, employee engagement and to make sure the monthly targets/goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Identify issues or gaps for the outlets and come up with creative ideas to address issues. Plan a reasonable budget for any operation related spendings and always seek for better solutions which fits the company\xe2\x80\x99s best interest. Form a continuous improvement cycle to achieve the monthly Targets. Builds and lead high performing teams and effectively trains, motivates, managing, develops and retain talents in order to improve the sales and the quality of services. Overseas daily operations, optimizing schedules to minimize labour cost, support the creative ideas or productivity across all business channel and maximize the sales. Finding strategy around pricing, customer service, new products, suppliers, online marketing and promotions aimed to increase the efficiency and driving sales. Participate in market mapping to identify potential new sites as part of the business growth plan. Works continuously with the team to enhance the food safety cultures and customer service. Coordinate and accommodate with the outlet managers and staff in social media marketing and face to face marketing. Ensures all the team members are aware of the dress code, code of conduct, timing and leave management for organizational development. Monitors current versus desired field capacity to lead organizational change. Partners with the GM and HRM \xe2\x80\x93 Operations to reward and recognize teams for their results. Participate in P&L reviews with the Finance & Account\xe2\x80\x99s team reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities. Partners with purchase and other departments to develop and implement ideas that would lead to cost efficiencies and increase profitability. Ensures optimum cost efficiencies has been achieved in all the initiatives implemented in the business. Is accountable for the outlet performance and team members \xe2\x80\x93 mentors the team for best customer service. Plan, Monitors and adheres best allocation of resources within the management standards and budget allocation in line with Annual Operating Plan. Coaches the team to adhere to the above. Qualification: Ideally a University Degree /Bachelors or Masters/Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management. Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role in F&B Industry. Excellent operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and customer service are must. Advanced/ professional technical skills in MS \xe2\x80\x93 Office, Restaurant POS Software. UAE Driving license and own car is add on. Salary: AED 3,500.00 - 4,500.00 Preferred Nationalities: Nepal, Myanmar, Cameroon, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malaysia, Indonesia etc..
