The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures that every client interaction, from inquiry to handover, reflects the company's values of professionalism, transparency, and service excellence. The Branch Manager will also lead the team, drive residential sales, and uphold operational standards in line with UAE market regulations and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion a customer-first culture throughout the branch.
Monitor and improve the customer journey across all touchpoints--showroom visits, property viewings, documentation, and handovers.
Handle complex client inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and resolutions to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, especially RERA/DLD policies and documentation standards.
Collaborate with CRM, legal, and back-office teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Support the sales team in guiding clients through the full purchase process, emphasizing consultative selling and transparency.
Promote available residential units (off-plan and ready) and deliver accurate project information to clients.
Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives based on feedback.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive referrals, loyalty, and repeat business.
Coordinate client appreciation events, handover ceremonies, and after-sales touchpoints.
Maintain a proactive follow-up system post-sale and post-handover.
Generate reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and resolution turnaround times.
Propose service enhancement strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to refine messaging and client outreach
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Customer Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in UAE residential real estate, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or branch-level role.
Strong background in client servicing, sales, or hospitality preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, especially residential projects and RERA/DLD regulations.
A UAE driving license is required.
