Job Description
We are looking for a branch manager for our supermarket chain . Candidates must be currently in UAE and willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah \xc2\xb7 With at least 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in retail industry. \xc2\xb7 Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Handled or managing a team of 25-55 staffs. \xc2\xb7 Undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies. \xc2\xb7 Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Motivating the sales team to meet sales target. \xc2\xb7 Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. \xc2\xb7 Train and oversee new staff. \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. \xc2\xb7 Confident and capable to manage the store and bringing up sales. \xc2\xb7 Make sure all necessary documents related to the branch operations are kept in a safe place. Immediate joiners preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
