Our client, a well-established Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced Branch Manager for their Dubai division. :
Leading the Branch's financial results.
Managing day to day operations of the salon, maintaining stock inventories, record keeping and payroll management.
Determining appropriate marketing strategies and guiding business to boost bookings.
Liaise with Marketing Team to develop marketing strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed.
Maintaining high customer service levels and ensuring all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, initiating corrective actions if required.
Analyzing monthly KPIs to create work schedules to ensure business targets and sales are being met.
Maintaining and updating all necessary internal and external signage and promotional literature.
Maintaining fresh, effective methods to consistently retain and grow customer base
Supervising staff and assuring branch staff are adhering to company rules & service procedures.
Identify and prioritize guest needs and determine products or service to meet those needs.
Handle guests' complaints, solve it on the spot.
Create process improvement teams by setting targets.
Check the work process in each branch - section wise (Receptionist, nail techs, grooming etc.)
Check detail of products like manufacturing & expiry dates, ingredients etc.
Check the cleanliness of the branches, utensils & equipment's being used for services, surrounding environments are clean.
Health & hygiene awareness to be given to staff in monthly meetings.
The health of the staff should be taken into consideration; any staff noted with contagious diseases should be isolated quickly to prevent the outbreak of the disease.
Manages & supports the efforts by planning, training, and providing resources to the team.
Integrate management to bring changes for improvement in daily process management. After improvements standardization takes place.
Evaluate progress against plan and adjust as needed.
Provide constant employee awareness and feedback. Establish an employee reward/ recognition process.

Proven work experience as a Branch Manager or relevant role.
Bachelor's in Business Management or relevant field.
