Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Marine Agency, Ship Chandelling, and Offshore Services divisions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in the maritime industry, capable of managing complex operations, fostering client relationships, and leading a high-performing team.

This position is for candidates with mandatory, direct experience in the same field. Only applications that strictly match the required qualifications will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage all day-to-day operations across the three service divisions: Marine Agency, Ship Chandelling, and Offshore Services. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, expand market share, and increase profitability. Ensure seamless coordination between departments to guarantee timely and high-quality service delivery to our clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with port authorities, clients, suppliers, and other key industry stakeholders. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for all managed divisions. Lead, mentor, and develop the operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Ensure all operations comply with local and international maritime regulations and company policies. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms. Resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

Mandatory:

Minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience within the maritime sector.

Strictly Mandatory:

Proven, hands-on experience directly in

Marine Agency services, Ship Chandelling, AND Offshore services.

In-depth knowledge of port operations, customs procedures, and maritime logistics. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
