We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Branch Manager

to lead and grow our branch operations. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational management. The ideal candidate will drive business development, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve sales and operational targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and convert clients for business and work immigration services. Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and client acquisition metrics for senior management. Ensure the branch meets legal and regulatory requirements related to immigration services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong organizational and operational management capabilities. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
