We are urgently looking for a Branch Manager to join our growing team in the beauty & salon industry.
Location: Al Ain and Abu Dhabi
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
Language: Arabic-speaking preferred
Experience: Previous experience managing a salon in the UAE is required
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Manage staff schedules, performance, and customer service
Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction
Handle reporting, inventory, and coordination with head office
Maintain compliance with UAE labor and salon regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a UAE salon
Strong leadership and communication skills
Arabic language proficiency preferred
Ability to manage a diverse team and resolve issues efficiently
