Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Restaurant in Al Ain. You will be responsible for managing daily restaurant activities, leading the team, ensuring high-quality service, and driving business growth while maintaining our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to deliver exceptional service Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Monitor sales, expenses, and branch performance, and report to senior management Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality/fine dining Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus) Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays Strong business acumen and experience with budget management Willingness to work or be relocated to Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
