7+ years experience as Branch Manager with CLIENTELE relationship at Ajman branch. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with and ensure regular communication with all operations team and customers. \xc2\xb7 Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective Clients, demonstrating excellent customer service. \xc2\xb7 Maintain Client relations and actively promote solutions. Respond to RFPs and draft/issue quotes as required. \xc2\xb7 Ensure ongoing communication of policies and procedures through daily/weekly and recurring meetings. \xc2\xb7 Long term planning and strategy development to deliver continued value to customers and affiliates. \xc2\xb7 Assess, manage, and motivate all direct reports with a strong emphasis on planning, organization, preparation, follow up and communication. \xc2\xb7 Attends Client and project meetings as needed. \xc2\xb7 Performs other related duties as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Collaborates with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals. \xc2\xb7 Collaborates with district manager to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs. \xc2\xb7 Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill. \xc2\xb7 Collaborates with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed. \xc2\xb7 Performs other related duties as assigned.
