Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned restaurant branch.
Lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
Maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Train and manage branch-level staff including scheduling and performance reviews.
Manage inventory levels, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the branch.
Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions and events.
Enforce compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Restaurant Manager in the F&B sector.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent understanding of F&B operations, costing, and revenue generation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a bonus.
