Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the store team to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage daily operations including opening, closing, and shift scheduling.
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and stock levels.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are always maintained.
Handle staff attendance, discipline, and basic HR reporting.
Communicate and coordinate with management for supplies, promotions, and reports.
Ensure the outlet meets company standards in quality, service, and presentation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
F&B,
supervision or management.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a small team effectively.
Organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills, including POS systems, Excel, and report handling.
Flexible with work hours and able to manage different shift schedules
