Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to meet operational demands.
Implement and maintain quality control standards across branches.
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff through training and performance management.
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present business proposals, sales presentations, and commercial agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies and campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in
operations management and business development
within the hardware, building materials, construction items, or machine tools sector.
Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, particularly
KSA, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain
.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools.
Valid
KSA driving license
is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
