Branch Accountant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure financial discipline

- Prepare and submit detailed expense and sales reports to branch manager

- Address and resolve any financial queries raised by branch cashiers

- Maintain accurate accounting records in line with company standards

- Collaborate with branch managers to support operational and financial decisions

- Report directly to the Finance Head and ensure timely communication of financial matters

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
