Boxing Coach
to join our academy and inspire students through skill, discipline, and passion.
Role Overview:
The
Boxing Coach
will lead group and personal training sessions, focusing on technique, conditioning, and performance improvement for all levels -- from beginners to advanced athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and structured boxing classes for kids, teens, and adults.
Design training programs focusing on technique, defense, fitness, and sparring.
Guide and motivate members to achieve personal and athletic goals.
Ensure safety and maintain discipline in every session.
Support marketing and promotional activities for boxing programs.
Prepare and mentor students for competitions when applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Boxing Coach or competitive boxer.
In-depth knowledge of boxing techniques, fitness, and conditioning.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Ability to teach different age groups and skill levels.
Boxing certification or relevant qualification is a plus.
Passionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
