Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage our Luxury Ladies Beauty Centre. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing luxury beauty centers and a strong background in providing exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the branch\'s operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and marketing initiatives. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of beauty professionals, including estheticians, cosmetologists, and support staff. - Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff. - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. 3. Customer Satisfaction: - Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding client expectations. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and effectiveness. - Implement customer loyalty programs and retention strategies to build long-term relationships with clients. 4. Financial Management: - Develop and manage the branch budget, including revenue targets, expenses, and profit margins. - Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. - Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling techniques. 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licenses, and industry standards. - Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation. - Conduct regular quality assessments to uphold the luxury brand\'s reputation. 6. Marketing and Business Development: - Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the branch and attract new clients. - Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, including partnerships and collaborations. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing luxury beauty centers, preferably with a focus on ladies\' beauty and wellness services. Experience using the Fresha platform is preferred. A bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred. Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and cosmetics.
