Job Title: Store Manager Company: LaVie Boutique, Ras Al Khaimah LaVie Boutique is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team in the position of Store Manager. The ideal candidate should be a fluent Arabic speaker with at least one year of experience in sales. Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing daily boutique operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales profits. 2. Hiring, training and managing staff, creating schedules, and monitoring employee performance. 3. Setting sales targets, track inventory levels, and order stock as needed to achieve these targets. 4. Creating marketing and promotions strategies to generate sales and attract new customers. 5. Ensuring the store is properly merchandised, the products are displayed show-casing the best selling pieces, and ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and appealing to customers. 6. Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally to maintain loyal clientele. 7. Preparing reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits to inform business strategy decisions. Qualifications: 1. Fluency in Arabic: Required. 2. A minimum of 1-year experience in sales: Required. 3. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. 4. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented. 5. Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly. 6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Compensation: The basic salary will be between 2500 AED to 3000 AED, subject to experience and qualification. Furthermore, a bonus based on sales achievement will be provided.
