We are currently looking for our new Sales Operation Coordinator to join our team in Duba\xc3\xaf to help us support the gross of Boucheron in the Middle East.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Sell out report and analysis
Issues the monthly sell out report and analysis
performance per boutique (traffic and retail KPIs of conversion, average/transation etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
reports on sales per nationality
Prepares product analysis
monthly sales analysis per product category (JP), per collection/line
quarterly more in-depth product analysis to follow the progress vs product strategy
Consolidates stock reports and analysis
Sell in planification and coordination
Contributes to the sell in planification
Monthly targets in terms of sell in based on sell out
Monthly plannings of invoicing and shipping taking into account both calendars (France/destination country)
With a 3 month vision at all times
Issues replenishment recommendations in line with sales/stock and with product strategy
Builds a relation of trust with the partners\xe2\x80\x99 merchandisers so as to have a fluid interaction and prompt validation of his/her recommendations
Transforms previsions into confirmed orders every month- 3-month firm orders
Maintains at all times the requested level of anticipation (ex for now 3 months firm order + 6 months intentional order)
Coordinates invoicing
Follows allocations so as to be able to invoice in the set timing
Confirms monthly the items to ship for each store after partner validation
Coordinates with partners, sales admin and finance to ensure fluidity or report credit/payment issues
Specific Merchandising focus
Newness
Contribute to designing the Newness forecast under the impulsion of regional merchandiser
Coordinates communication with retail ex, VM and communications to smoothly prepare product launches
Coordinates novelties deliveries with specific time management
Follows novelties sales performances and provides qualitative feedback
Specific assortment for events/fair etc\xe2\x80\xa6
Build specific assortment for events in collaboration with VM team
Monitors their allocation and shipping in due time
Consolidates consignment requests and follow up (return in due date or invoicing if sold)
Client orders, special orders
consolidates all waiting lists based on deposits, allocates priority and delivery
point of contact for special orders
Stock and product lifecycle
Flag overstock and prompt partners/internal team for action plans
Support discontinuation calendar and coordinate returns with ADV according to guidelines
Point of reference for each partner boutique
Ensure rapid answers on products availability requests from the floor
Provide team with all information related to product launches & range
Point of contact for after sales follow up
Point of contact for all sales tools : packaging, uniforms, gifts, etc
YOUR PROFILE:
3 to 5 years of experiences in either Product Merchandising/Buyer and/or Commercial/Retail in the luxury environment is a must, in the jewelry environment is a plus
Analytical skills so as to be precise and autonomous on sell out analysis/sell in projection
Interpersonal communication skills so as to build trust with partners, become a point of reference for boutique teams
Strong team spirit to join a small team where agility and team work are key
Proficiency in English (French or Arabic as a plus)
Strong MS Office and particularly Excel expertise
