Job Description

Coordinate importation and exportation for all merchandise between France and UAE Prepare Drawbacks for eligible merchandise Support Finance Manager with periodic inventory control and reconciliations. Ensure full traceability of goods and compliance with system records. Implement control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and damage at country level. Assist shop-to-shop transfers between local stores when needed Manage local and transfers to France, coordinating with freight careers, local authorities and commercial teams. Coordinate returns (end of season, commercial, or defective items) including pick-up, consolidation and documentation. Coordinate UAE requests and liaise with our central workshops Coordinate aftersales service functions: shipments to France or local repair centers Facilitate operations coordination within Dubai office 3+ years of experience in import export and logistic management Previous experience in inventory management, stock administration, or related roles, preferably in retail or jewelry industry. Proficiency in inventory management software, spreadsheet applications, and basic accounting principles. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory data. Fluent English mandatory (speaking & writing) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Business Partner Mindset. Team Spirit. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education or certification in inventory management or gemology is a plus
