The Role:

As Visual Merchandising Manager your role will be to ensure that all stores across the Middle East Region (UAE, Kuwait, Saudi) are aligned with Bottega Veneta\xe2\x80\x99s vision, standards, and visual directions.

Strong understanding of the Market and an ability to collaborate cross functionally is a fundamental requirement to coordinate all the visual activities across the Region.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Middle East, and functionally to the EMEA Visual Merchandising Manager. You will build strong relationships with the retail teams and dedicate time in stores to ensure that brand standards are consistently met.

You are expected to visit all the stores of the Region on a monthly base, with a prevision of time in store of approximately 70% of the working time.

Main Duties:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the VM of Bottega Veneta stores within the Middle East Region (UAE, Kuwait, Saudi)

\xc2\xb7 Line manager of ME visual merchandising team in addition to coordination of a larger team of visual ambassadors in store.

\xc2\xb7 Align communication and standards throughout the Region.

\xc2\xb7 Overlook and coordinate all visual projects in the area including windows, store planning installations and pop ups.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the coordination of the ME VM Team in order to ensure right coverage and traveling in line with travel budget

\xc2\xb7 Weekly meeting and collaboration with other Head Office functions to discuss action plans and projects.

\xc2\xb7 Produce monthly report and recap of summarized VM action plans taken in the Region.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with local Merchandising Team and Store Managers to implement visual displays to increase customer traffic and sales.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange visual training in the Region to ensure store standards are always maintained in line with Company image.

\xc2\xb7 In-store visual set-up of main merchandising rotations and on occasion for any retail and press events in the market.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure collection launches and monthly rotations are implemented in a time manner throughout the whole Region

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate visual tools in the Region by ensuring right coverage and arrange new orders when needed.



Profile:

\xc2\xb7 Substantial experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager, ideally in a regional role.

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in managing teams across different countries.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of the Middle East luxury Market.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of product categories and the region\xe2\x80\x99s luxury market.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively and efficiently in the field with a detail orientated approach.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, and ability to build sound relationships with key stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Adaptable, flexible, and able to work with tight deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to participate in innovative projects.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility on traveling and support occasionally different markets.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Office package and Photoshop \xe2\x80\x93 Illustrator.
