We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Officer to join the IIQAF team. The goal is to manage and maintain outstanding client financial data by accurately processing bookkeeping transactions and financial reporting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Enter and track bookkeeping transactions in an accurate and timely manner
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
Verify bank and account reconciliations
Assist in developing and implementing effective bookkeeping processes
Prepare journal entries
Prepare and maintain general and subsidiary ledgers
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze monthly operating results against budget
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in accounting
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial software
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to work independently or in a team setting
Ambition and flexibility to learn and meet deadlines
