. This role involves receiving service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints and maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log maintenance complaints from all branches.
Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks and technician visits.
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and branch representatives.
Track progress and follow up on open requests until completion.
Maintain updated records of maintenance schedules and reports.
Support the Facilities Head in daily operations and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Good communication (English required; Arabic or Hindi a plus).
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and maintenance management systems.
Experience in
facilities coordination, administration, or scheduling
preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
