Job Description
The BoilerOperator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and monitoring of boilers and related equipment. This role ensures that steam and hot water are supplied to meet the facility's operational needs while adhering to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, steam systems, and auxiliary equipment. Adjust controls to maintain proper steam pressure, temperature, and water levels. Perform routine checks on boiler systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of boilers and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Perform water quality tests and treat boiler water as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations related to boiler operations. Maintain accurate logs and records of boiler operations, maintenance, and inspections. Respond promptly to boiler alarms or emergencies. Shut down equipment safely in case of malfunctions or hazardous conditions. Coordinate with other maintenance and operations staff to ensure smooth plant operations. Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in boiler operations is preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Boiler operator or in a similar role Must Have expereince in Diesel Boiler.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
