Supervise the Body-shop operation system to ideal standards in order to gain & retain customer satisfaction and achieve departmental objectives. Monitors the performance of all denters, painters, and support staff\xe2\x80\x99s, in terms of their productivity, efficiency, and utilization Communicates and negotiates with insurance representatives for approval of body repair estimate, any additional approvals in line with the department profitability objectives Follows-up with insurance companies\xe2\x80\x99 representatives for pending approvals, total loss declarations, claim compensations and any related authorizations from external parties Attends to customer inquiries, checks the damaged vehicles carefully; estimates the costs of repairs including diagnostics of damages, determination of repair method, and calculation of charges applicable to customers or claims from insurance companies Ensures to obtain customer approval or insurance approval for parts and labor which are subject to change after dismantle or disassembly of body parts and makes sure the availability of these parts in spare parts department Ensures that the body repairs jobs are performed right from first time and all jobs are assigned based on employee capabilities as per the job requirement Reviews work on all accidental vehicles (major & minor) and understands the reason of delay, and escalates in case of delay due to any reasons such as non-availability of spare parts or other components, pendency by insurance companies Job Type: Full-time
