to lead our accident repair operations, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality standards.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Bodyshop Manager Strong leadership and team management skills Deep knowledge of accident repair processes and insurance workflows Experience with luxury vehicles and major structural repairs Able to manage KPIs, workshop productivity, and quality control Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
