Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards
Assign tasks and monitor productivity of body shop technicians
Conduct inspections and quality checks of completed repairs
Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
Manage inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment
Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in auto body repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver's license required

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
