Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our body shop workshop, ensuring quality repairs and excellent customer service. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, coordinating workflow, and ensuring efficiency and profitability of the body shop department.

- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Train and develop technicians to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements and implement best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of auto body repair techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
