Ensure all repair estimates are accurate and reasonable.
Negotiate with Insurance Surveyors & obtain the approval without any time delay.
Assist Insurance surveyors for surveying accident vehicles.
Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under Estimation.
Ensure all estimates are correct in terms of Labour/Spare Parts/ Consumables etc.
Maintain standard operation codes and current flat-rate manuals while preparing estimates.
Follow up with insurance companies to obtain LPO.
Maintain Records of Total Loss Vehicles & liaise with insurance companies to remove total loss vehicles from workshop premise.
Perform other duties as requested by the Body Shop Manager.
