Job Description

The Bobcat Operator is responsible for operating skid steer loaders (Bobcats) to perform a variety of construction, excavation, grading, and material-handling tasks. This role involves safely and efficiently operating machinery to support site preparation, landscaping, demolition, and other related activities while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Operate Bobcat/skid steer machinery to move, level, load, and distribute materials such as soil, gravel, sand, or debris. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment (fueling, cleaning, lubrication, safety checks). Load and unload materials from trucks and assist with site setup and cleanup. Follow site plans, grades, and markings to ensure accurate material placement and leveling. Collaborate with site supervisors, laborers, and other operators to ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental policies. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors. Assist in other duties on the job site when equipment operation is not required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
