Bobcat operator's urgently required

Duties include operating compact equipment such as skid steer loaders for tasks like excavation, grading, and material handling; performing routine maintenance like cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the equipment; adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment; reading blueprints to understand project plans; and communicating with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Operating Equipment:
Operate Bobcat machinery and other compact equipment to move, load, and excavate earth, rock, gravel, or other materials.

Performing Site-Specific Tasks:
Tasks can include excavation, grading, digging trenches, backfilling, and site preparation.

Material Handling:
Load and unload equipment, move materials around worksites, and load materials into trucks.
Using Attachments:
Select, change, and operate various special attachments such as winches, scrub clearers, pile drivers, and breakers.

Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct daily pre-operational checks, clean, lubricate, refuel, and perform minor repairs on equipment.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.

Safety Compliance:
Strictly follow all safety protocols, company policies, and occupational health and safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

Reading Plans:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to understand work requirements and ensure correct alignment and level.

Teamwork and Communication:
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members to coordinate tasks and ensure daily goals are met.

Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to keep equipment in working order.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
