We are looking for an experienced Boat Captain cum Fisherman for our charter fishing operations in Abu Dhabi.
This position requires boat handling skills and hands-on rod fishing experience, strictly limited to casting and jigging techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate and navigate the boat during fishing trips
Perform and guide rod fishing (casting & jigging only)
Assist guests with fishing techniques and equipment
Set up, inspect, and maintain fishing rods, reels, and lures
Ensure all safety procedures are followed onboard
Coordinate with management regarding trip schedules
Maintain cleanliness of boat and fishing gear after trips
Required Skills & Experience
Valid Boat Captain experience (UAE or equivalent preferred)
Strong experience in rod fishing
Casting
Jigging
Knowledge of local fishing spots is an advantage
Ability to manage guests professionally
Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
