Job Description

Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as BCBA.

:

Provide supervision as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the other members of the therapy team as required in the Centre, school classrooms, home, and community settings Provide parent, teacher, and staff training in relation to ABA therapy Conduct functional assessments/analyses Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals Create an ongoing data collection system to establish a baseline and programmatic efficacy for all client's and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming Consult and collaborate with schools, day-cares, medical professionals, and other disciplines Assist with administrative tasks and oversight Meeting with families, teachers or doctors to discuss the child's treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues Deliver service against the performance standards set by the governing body for education in Dubai, Knowledge and Human Development Authority Comply with safety and operational standards set by the Community Development Authority
