: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Arabic SpeakerLocation: Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)Required qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and supporting children and families through evidence-based interventions.Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to client needs.Supervise and train behavior therapists and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and outcomes.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and DHCC standards.Requirements:Certification: BCBA or QBA (mandatory).Language: Fluency in Arabic or native speaker & English proficiency preferred.Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ABA therapy preferred.Gender: Female preferred; male candidates will also be considered.Salary :Fixed salary of AED 18,000 pm/ or 50% revenue share model
