Please note this position is based in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and all costs are covered. As the Technical Trainer - After Sales, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to dealership staff, technicians, and aftersales personnel. Your goal will be to improve technical capabilities, ensure accurate diagnostics and servicing, and enhance customer satisfaction through targeted training in Autoline Drive and related systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver technical training programs with a strong focus on Autoline Drive systems. Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for dealership service teams and technicians. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement feedback. Support after-sales teams in troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues. Maintain training documentation, materials, and reporting in line with brand standards. Stay current with new technologies, products, and systems introduced in the market. Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of experience in technical training or after-sales support in the automotive industry. Proven experience and working knowledge of Autoline Drive . Relevant technical diploma or degree (Automotive, Mechanical, or related). Experience in facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions. Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
