About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
BMS Foreman
to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in BMS systems, proven site supervision skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively to ensure smooth execution of projects.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily BMS installation and maintenance activities at project sites. Ensure all BMS works are executed in compliance with Siemens standards, safety protocols, and project specifications. Monitor and guide technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work quality and timely completion. Conduct system checks, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of BMS equipment. Coordinate with project engineers and site managers to resolve technical/site issues. Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Ensure compliance with HSE standards at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in
BMS installation, commissioning, and maintenance
. Proven supervisory experience in managing site technicians and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of Siemens BMS systems will be an added advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and control schematics. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills. Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.Job Type: Contract
