We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ELV Foreman to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage systems including CCTV, access control, public address, BMS, structured cabling, and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of site works according to specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead ELV technicians and subcontractors during site installations and commissioning.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and ELV layouts.
Ensure proper implementation of installation activities as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the ELV engineer and main contractor on project requirements and progress.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Monitor tools, materials, and manpower utilization efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of daily work progress, test results, and material usage.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Technical diploma or ITI certificate in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ELV systems in construction or MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of systems such as CCTV, access control, BMS, PABX, MATV, and fire alarms.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
