BMS Operator - Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Monitor & operate BMS systems Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot alarms and faults Analyze system data for performance improvement Coordinate with maintenance teams Maintain documentation and reports Ensure safety & regulatory compliance Provide technical support
Qualifications:
High school/diploma (technical certification preferred) 2+ years BMS experience Strong HVAC/electrical/mechanical knowledge Ability to read technical drawings Good troubleshooting & communication skills
