BMS Technician -- Qty: 1 (Immediate Joiner)

Salary Range:QAR 2,200-2,300 + AT

(negotiable based on performance)

Role Summary

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and

monitor BMS

for commercial/industrial sites. Support HVAC controls integration and ensure reliable system operations.

Minimum Requirements

2+ years

hands-on experience in

BMS installation/troubleshooting/monitoring

Knowledge of

controls & automation

preferred (DDC/PLC, BACnet/Modbus, VFDs, sensors/actuators) Able to

read control schematics

and perform field/panel terminations Basic

BMS software

navigation (alarms, trend logs, time schedules, graphics) Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/HVAC (or equivalent)

Immediate joiner

in Qatar;

QID/NOC

preferred; shift/on-call readiness
Key Responsibilities

Install/commission BMS field devices and networks; verify I/O and sequences Monitor alarms/trends, optimize schedules/setpoints, and generate reports Diagnose and resolve control faults; coordinate with HVAC/MEP teams Perform PPM/CM tasks and maintain documentation/HSE compliance
