QAR 2,500 - 2,700Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building automation systems. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation. Diagnose and resolve system faults, alarms, and software/hardware issues. Conduct preventive maintenance and system updates. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system configurations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. Coordinate with contractors and facility teams for system upgrades or expansions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BMS Technician or in building automation systems. Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems integration. Familiarity with BMS software platforms and control panels. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking concepts. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
